The online store Lokostrelstvo Robert Levstek s.p. (hereinafter: the provider) operates in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot).
Consumers/purchasers may order products available in the online store Lokostrelstvo Robert Levstek s.p. 24 hours per day year-round. In the event that ordering and delivery is not available in a certain period, for whatever reason, customers will be notified on the store’s website.
All products are handmade, therefore slight discrepancies in the dimensions may occur.
When purchasing Archery Wars vouchers or carrying out archery activities, the provider charges additional mileage costs at the general price list of mileage above 30km from the company’s head office (Deteljica 9, 4290 Tržič).
Gift vouchers and tickets are valid six months from the date of purchase.
The season ticket for the Parkour Draga archery range is not transferable. In the event of misuse of a ticket or failure to comply with the rules of the target range, the annual season ticket shall be withdrawn without reimbursement.
The essential characteristics of the goods, prices, including all taxes and other charges and information on the method of payment and delivery shall be valid at the time of final confirmation of the order. The delivery time information shall be valid at the time of final confirmation. In the event of any change to the delivery date, we will inform the parties accordingly and in due time. The price of the product can be seen in your shopping cart before you complete your order. The cost of postage is added on a flat-rate basis, calculated according to the size and weight of the shipment and will be calculated according to the price list of Pošta Slovenije (Post office Slovenia) or another selected courier. You will also be notified of any information about your online order at the email address you provided in your shopping cart when entering your information. All prices in the online store are in euros (€). We strive to make the data and prices available in the store as up-to-date as possible. However, product properties and prices can change quickly, and as a result it is not always possible to correct the data on the pages in a timely manner. In this case, we will notify the buyer of the change and allow them to change or cancel their order. If the item price changes during processing of an order, the provider will notify the customer. The provider will do their best to ensure that the customer is charged a lower price or to offer a mutually satisfactory solution. Product photos can be symbolic, so they do not always guarantee all the properties of the product.
We reserve the right to change descriptions and prices without notice.
All prices on the homepage are in euros (€) and do not contain statutory value added tax (VAT), as the provider is not subject to VAT, except in cases where otherwise stated. If a specific service is not listed on the home page, customers may obtain it upon written request.
The price list of services is always posted on the provider’s website and may be changed for the future billing period without notice. The date of publication on the website shall be deemed to be the date of publication. The provider will not be liable to the customer or to any third party for adjustments, price changes or waivers of services.
How do I order products from the Robert Levstek s.p. online store?
To order products from the store, you must first put them in a shopping cart and then continue on to the checkout.
When you find a product that meets your needs, click on the ‘Add to cart’ button. You can add more products to your cart and easily remove them from your cart. To do this, click on the ‘Remove’ button next to the product that you want to remove from the cart or enter the desired number of products in the ‘Amount’ field. If there is anything else you want to add about the selected item, enter this in the ‘Product comment’ field.
When you have finished shopping, click on the ‘Next’ button, which is to the bottom right of the screen with your shopping cart. In the next step you choose the country of delivery, the delivery method (Pošta Slovenije, courier, or collection) and payment method (by invoice, on delivery or through PayPal). The system will add MINIMUM postage costs according to the chosen delivery method. Enter your delivery information and confirm your order by pressing the ‘Continue’ key.
A review and final confirmation of your purchase follows.
Prior to confirming the order, you must read and agree to the order and payment, as well as the company’s terms and conditions (which you can find at the bottom left). By clicking on the order, you have entered into a purchase agreement with Robert Levstek s.p. and thus committed to paying the price for the products ordered. You will receive an email confirmation immediately after receipt of your order.

2.Payment for products
In the event of delivery via Pošta Slovenije, you will pay for your order at your local post office, where you also pick up the product ordered. You can also pay for the goods by invoice or using other specified payment methods to transfer the amount payable to our bank account. You must inform us in writing of payment. Payment can also be made via PayPal. For delivery to other countries payment is made to the courier at the time of receipt (where possible) or through the other non-cash payment options already mentioned (transfer of payment of invoice to our bank account or PayPal payment after receipt of an invoice)
The products will be delivered within 1 to 7 business days of the date of final confirmation of your order. If the product is not available within this time limit, you will be notified using the information provided at the time of registration or order. The products will be delivered via Pošta Slovenije or by courier (DPD) and will be charged according to the valid price list of Pošta Slovenije or DPD. When collecting a purchase shipment, Pošta Slovenije charges a postal transfer fee based on its current price list. The minimum cost of postage is always shown in customers’ shopping carts predict in advance the size and weight of the package or envelope associated with the postal cost.
In the case of contracts concluded by distance or off-premises, a consumer has the right to inform the provider within 14 days that they are withdrawing from the contract without having to give a reason for their decision (article 43). In so doing, the consumer may only be charged the costs referred to in sections 7and 9 of article 43 of that law.
To withdraw from a contract, we recommend that customers use a withdrawal form.
We do not accept shipments requiring payment. In the event that consumers return goods, they must inform the provider in advance.
Items must be returned to the provider no later than 14 days of sending a letter of withdrawal (purchase).
Consumers do not have the right of withdrawal in the case of contracts in which an item has been manufactured based on exact instructions from the consumer and which has been adapted to their requirements, which by its nature is not eligible for refund/return, due to being perishable or an already expired date.
Refunds will be given as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days of receipt of the notice of withdrawal. In order to ensure the certainty, accuracy and timeliness of a refund and to provide a record of payment refunds to consumers are made exclusively by bank transfer. Cash refunds are not possible.
The right to a refund of the purchase price in the event of warranty claim and material defects is regulated in more details by the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act.

- Limitation of liability
The company Lokostrelstvo Robert Levstek s.p. makes every effort to ensure that the data published on its website is up to date and correct. However, the properties of items, delivery times, stock and/or prices may change so quickly that the company has not yet corrected the data on web pages. In such a case, the company will notify customers of the changes and allow them to withdraw from the contract or to be sent a replacement for the item ordered.
The company Lokostrelstvo Robert Levstek s.p. may only withdraw from a contract only if an obvious defect is found (Article 46 of the Obligations Code). An obvious defect and all defects that are considered decisive according to the norm in the store, or customers’ intentions, would not be confirmed or concluded by the company in the event of such an occurrence. This also includes obvious price errors.
6.Complaints and disputes
Lokostrelstvo Robert Levstek s.p. respects the applicable consumer protection legislation. The company shall make every effort to fulfil its duty to ensure an effective complaint handling system.

The company is aware that the essential feature of consumer disputes is the disproportionate nature between the economic value of the claim and the time required and the costs incurred in resolving the dispute, which is also the main obstacle to consumers not initiating a dispute i court. Therefore, the company shall do its utmost to resolve any disputes amicable.
Out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes.
According to the legal norms, Lokostrelstvo Robert Levstek s.p. does not recognise any providers of out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes as competent for resolving a consumer dispute that the consumer could initiate under the Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes Act.
Lokostrelstvo Robert Levstek s.p., which as a provider of goods and services enables online shopping, publishes an electronic link on its website to the online consumer dispute resolution platform (SRPS). The platform is available to consumers here.
That arrangement stems from the Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes Act, Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the online resolution of consumer disputes and amending Regulation (EC) No. 2016/2004 and Directive 2009/22/EC.
- Material errors
(1) The provider must deliver the goods to the purchaser in accordance with the contract and is liable for material errors in its fulfillment.
(2) An error is considered material if cases where:
the item does not have the properties necessary for its normal use or for marketing
the item does not have the properties necessary for the special use for which the purchaser is buying it, but which was known, or should have been known, to the provider
the item does not have the properties and/or qualities that were explicitly or tacitly agreed or prescribed
the provider has delivered an item that does not match the pattern or model, unless the pattern or model was shown for information purposes only
(3) The suitability of goods for normal use shall be assessed in the light of normal goods of the same kind and taking into account any providers’ statements on the characteristics of the goods made by the provider or manufacturer, in particular by advertising, product presentation or indications on the goods
(4) The provisions of the law governing obligations shall apply to liability for material errors, unless otherwise provided by this Act.
Items have a warranty if stated on the warranty card or receipt. The warranty is valid subject to the instructions on the warranty card and upon submission of a receipt. The warranty periods are stated on the warranty cards or on the receipt.
Warranty information is also provided on the manufacturer’s website together with information about the item. If there is no warranty information, the item does not have a warranty or the information is not known at this time. In the latter case, customers can contact the company, which will provide up-to-date information.

The company Lokostrelstvo Robert Levstek s.p., collects information from purchasers in cases of online purchase, orders of vouchers and/or e-vouchers. Personal data obtained through the website for the purpose of carrying out an online purchase shall be used exclusively for the purpose of execution and delivery of the order, unless the user of the website has specifically agreed to some other form of use of the data transmitted (order of vouchers or e-vouchers), which may be used for other purposes.

All personal data obtained will be handled by the website operator in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and in accordance with European law (EU Directives 95/46/EC, 2002/58/EC and the ETS 108, ETS 181, ETS 185, ETS 189).
